Designed for multi-generational use or as a rental, the project emphasizes natural light, efficient circulation, and a refined aesthetic that complements the main residence. High-performance windows, warm materials, and thoughtful landscaping create a welcoming retreat while blending seamlessly into the surrounding environment.

As architects, we focused on maximizing functionality within a limited footprint. By incorporating an open-concept layout, ample glazing, and strategic storage solutions, we delivered a bright, airy interior that feels surprisingly spacious. Externally, modern lines and subtle wood accents allow the ADU to harmonize with the existing property, offering both privacy and connectivity to outdoor living areas.
